Bungalow to Farmhouse: Renovation Photos Before and After

I watched this transformation on my street and still cannot believe my eyes. It is now my real estate listing and it is quite impossible to describe the renovation. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? It is perfect now in every way. The vision of the architect owner is now a reality.

Laundry Room with Visiting Goat

Look what happens when you leave the mudroom door open. This room is fabulous, isn't it? Do you think there is a washer and dryer in the room too. That would make it perfect. It is already doing service as a potting shed and a place to wash off the vegetables from the garden. Love it❤❤❤

via This sink detail in a new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! I love the brass faucets, the black (granite) sink and cabinets, the white Carrara marble countertops and the high marble walls.

New House with Classic Elements

I adore linen presses in hallways of old homes and so appreciate seeing them in new construction. High ceilings and transoms over the doors are another feature I like and these floorboards are wonderful. xo

The wooden box beside the side door is an outside shower enclosure and I love it. This is the wing of a new Cape Cod home and it is lovely. You can see many more photos here including the interior. I would prefer to live in the charming cottage style carriage house/garage.

Drawers Under The Stairs

I like the six drawers under the stairs that have wainscot fronts to continue the wainscoting pattern above and beside. They would be perfect for scarves and mittens and small personal items that you don't want to display but need on your way out. This is probably a back staircase and not the main formal one. via

No Mud Allowed in this UK Mud Room

Leave your muddy boots outside, please, and use the bootscraper. Isn't this entrance stunning? I love the brick and stonework exterior and the fine woodwork is beautiful inside. It appears to be new construction too in the old tradition. More photos below. I love the fabric in the window shade.
