New Construction with Antiques

This is a lovely room in a new home designed by classical Architect Patrick A. Hearn. Found on Instagram here. I love the two easy chairs sharing one ottoman. The two antique clocks in this room are lovely, aren't they? xo

Rustic New Bathroom with Stone Wall

I love the idea of this dry stacked stone wall, weathered barn board door and flooring, and the overall feel of  this bathroom. Open House Today w/ House Tour

I just got home from putting out my Open House signs and my hands are like blocks of ice. I hope the realtors who have not seen this wonderful home will come. I have scheduled a Public Open House for this Sunday from 1-4pm. I know it's Super Bowl Sunday but it's a Super House and I think people will come. Wish me luck.
Virtual Tour Here Scroll down a bit for the Slideshow Video. Isn't it a wonderful house? The owners are an architect and a designer. It is right down the street from my cottage.
503 Spring Valley Road in Harding Township NJ. It is on the eastern side in the Green Village section. MLS # 3612070
Thanks for looking. xo

Ferne Park House

Ferne House is a country house in the parish of Donhead St Andrew in Wiltshire, England. There has been a settlement on the site since 1225 AD. The current house, known as Ferne Park and the third to occupy the site, was designed by architect Quinlan Terry in 2001. The estate grounds straddle both Donhead St Andrew and Berwick St John parishes.
