I've never been a realtor, but we have owned 9 homes that we have sold over the past 40 years. I always get excited when the time comes to show them to prospective buyers. I'll bet you've been meeting yourself coming and going, Rosemary. Fingers crossed for a great outcome!

Pam -- I moved a lot when I was young so I am in my third house in almost 50 years and my cottage is my favorite. I lived in the other two 15 years each but have owned b=my cottage for 22 years already. It's hard to believe I've been here that long and I've loved every minute of it.
