Proud Father.
Father, trying to teach baby everything.
Baby is on railing to the right,
Boss Baby, trying to bluebird.
Isn't he adorable? I love him💙
Buttercups, my favorite wildflowers (right now) outside my front door.
It's supposed to get quite cold tonight but I am not going to cover my geraniums. I think they will be fine, fingers crossed.

These shots are wonderful, Rosemary! That is one proud, dancing dad. We've been seeing more bluebirds, too, and it makes me happy. Hope you have a good weekend!
Thank you for the little video of the bluebirds. Boss Baby is so cute and I guess he (she?) will soon be leaving to live a new life. I hope you have many more days of joy of bluebird watching before that happens.
Pam -- I'm glad to hear you have been seeing bluebirds around your home too. I never tire of seeing them and trying to photograph them. The parents have been busy giving the fledglings life lessons so they can survive on their own. It's so much fun to watch. Have a good weekend too. xo, Rosemary
Tasha T -- I'm glad you liked Boss Baby too. I hope he is paying attention to the lessons the parents are patiently teaching him so he can survive and come back to help with the next clutch (if there is one). Fingers crossed. Bluebirds are so joyful as are your English Robins. Have a great weekend. xo, Rosemary
How sweet. I've never seen bluebirds in my yard, but until recently, I've never looked very hard. I do see blue jays. They are very pretty, but they scare all the other birds away. I actually think I have a raven that lives on my property, or very close to my property, and we do have ravens around here, but they are seldom seen. Today marks the second day I have seen him. If he would only sit still long enough, I could get a picture!
I love your buttercups too!
Lisa D. -- When I was a child, we used to pick one and hold it under someone's chin and ask, "Do you like butter?" if there was a yellow reflection, the answer was YES. There always was one! So I love butter and buttercups too. xo, Rosemary
Lisa D. -- A raven!!!! How wonderful. I've only seen one once. I know what you mean about Blue Jays. I hope you get to see a bluebird some day. xo, Rosemary
CONGRATS on all this great goodness at your home & garden. Thrilling.
Glad you thought to share.
Tara Dillard -- Tara, I couldn't be happier about my bluebirds this year💙 Thanks for your enthusiasm. xo, Rosemary
I hope your geraniums survived okay. We are in a cool spell here and I had to turn on the furnace again -- but no more frosts are likely, at least.
Gretchen Joanna -- We had a couple of cold snaps but my geraniums survived just fine. Thanks for your concern. May is almost over and it's been a cool one for sure. Good sleeping weather. xo, Rosemary
