How wonderful is this Rare Georgian Crouching Cat Portrait? It is embroidered needlework encased in the original oval frame, English, Circa 1800. It's SOLD, of course, found here.
First of all, it's amazing that this embroidery is still intact. When I magnified it, I could see how well it had been made. This cat certainly has withstood the test of time.
