Florida Beach Cottage Renovation: Lots of White Paint

This home really did go through a major transformation. Isn't it amazing what paint can do? I know they did lots more, too, but going from dark wood to white really changes everything. I also appreciate their attention to making every space function for themselves and their guests. A great do-over!
Pam, I really studied the before photos and I think the woodwork must have been in good shape because old lumber holds up so much better than the lumber you can buy now. The transformation is amazing and I know there was a lot of hard work behind it. They embraced simplicity and functionality to make that dream of theirs come true. I love it! xo, Rosemary

Absolutely beautiful! I could live there. But, I would need to add a main floor bathroom. I love the "fish cleaning" sink!
