Oh, my. It's like we live in different worlds. We're in the middle of a snow storm as I type. Not that much of our winter's accumulation of snow has melted yet, and I don't think anyone around here is excited about receiving this new 6" predicted. Accompanied by high winds, some as high as 60 mph. (Yes, 60!) That seems dreadful, doesn't it, for the month of April? Thank you for sharing your breath of real spring time. :o)
Thank you for a tour of your lovely garden. I think we are a couple of weeks ahead of you as there are green buds and blossom showing on the trees in my garden. The forsythia is bright and yellow, there is frog spawn in the pond already and birds are nesting. With a temperature of 71 I'm sure your garden will soon be blossoming too.
Mama Pea -- I does sound as if we live in different worlds. My area got so little snow it wasn't even worth mentioning. I saw an Instagram Post from a local landscaper who had to go out of business and close up his very successful business due to lack of snow. I remember this time last year when we were having YOUR weather and it was still too cold to start gardening on Mother's Day. My thoughts are with you as I share my Spring photos. I hope your winds don't do any damage to your property. Be Safe! Wishing you a Happy Easter and some snow-melting weather really soon. xo, Rosemary
Tasha T -- Yes, it does sound as if you are a little ahead of me. My peonies are just breaking through the ground. Daffodils are the main attraction as I drive around. I live near a huge area called the Great Swamp and the Peepers (frogs) are singing. I can hear them when my windows are open and I love them. You must have them too in your pond! My birds aren't eating me out of house and home since the insects are out too. Spring is definitely here to stay, fingers crossed. xo, Rosemary
Pam -- It is a joy to have a few nice Spring days. The trees are finally budding and the birds are building nests. The spring bulbs and the pansies make me happy. I can't believe it's Easter this weekend. It's supposed to be a nice day too. xo, Rosemary

Gretchen Joanna -- Thank you. I'm loving all the green that seemed to pop overnight.

looks like spring has sprung at the cottage.
:)
Your cottage and grounds are all decked out for spring. What a joy it is to finally have warmer temps, buds, birds and blossoms.
Stacey Snacks -- Stacey, Spring appears every other day. I'll be glad when it's here to stay. But the nice days are Super Nice.
