These miniature daffodils in my front garden are in full bloom and they make me very happy just to look at them. The deep yellow color is glorious.
I divide them each year and I have 6 clumps about this size. They were presented as hostess gifts to realtors who attended a broker open house several years ago. Each year, I email a photo to that realtor and thank her once again for them.

Your little daffs are so sweet. I have some in my garden too. Lucky you to be given them as a gift that keeps on giving!
I have some too, and have divided them as you have. Last year I discovered a tiny tiny daffodil the size of a fingernail! That was new.
Tasha T -- I send the realtor a text every year with a photo and a thank you note. I love them so much, especially since they multiply so rapidly. You know, because you have them too.

So Much Glory -- My goodness. That teeny tiny daff sounds amazing. I'm excited that next year I will have twice as many as I do now. Bulbs are so rewarding.

Your daffodils are so vibrant, Rosemary! I saw some blooming on my walk, yesterday, and thought that they might be the most cheerful flower of spring.
Pam -- YES! Daffodils are definitely the most cheerful flower of spring, especially the deep yellow ones! I'm always happy to see them and sad to see them go. Mine have just started. Enjoy your future walks.
