Wednesday morning at the bird feeder.
I finally have some blue sky with clouds photos. Lately i've had nothing but gray overcast ones that were too boring to post.
I love my antique cast iron green frog. He has a hole in his mouth to become a water feature/fountain but I have never used him as one.
Longer view showing actual size of my frog.
Here's hoping you are enjoying some sun and blue skies with clouds too. If not now, then sometime soon. I am enjoying them today but some rain is coming Thursday and Friday. xo

Thank you for showing us around your garden, Rosemary. You have the countryside on your doorstep and wonderful wildlife. Those starlings were amazing, and I love your little frog. He looks right at home.
Beautiful skies! You prompted me to look out the window, and at this moment "my" skies are blue, too, with not a cloud in sight. And it's COLD!
Gretchen Joanna -- Cold weather with a blue sky and no clouds probably means no snow, right? My clouds are bringing rain tomorrow and Friday but it's too warm for snow. xo, Rosemary
Tasha T -- Thank you. I am so lucky to have dedicated parkland and a wildlife habitat beside me and behind me. I love being visited by the creatures too. I don't get the starlings very often and am thankful for that because they eat so much. I love watching them fly away in unison. The frog is one of my favorite garden ornaments. xo, Rosemary
Rosemary, your cottage and grounds look neat as a pin!! I am not one bit surprised. I think it's beginning to look like spring might be on the way in your area. I like your frog--he's much bigger than I thought. I love to watch starlings move. Poetry in motion.
Pam -- My cast iron garden frog is large and hollow but still very heavy. He's the guardian of my entrance. I like the movement of the starlings too. I did a final mowing rather late in the season last fall and it has kept everything looking neat. I pick up sticks and limbs on every property walk so there's virtually no spring cleanup at all. It does feel as if spring is around the corner. My snowdrops are in full bloom. xo, Rosemary
OMG, what were the starlings doing?!
Lisa D. -- The starlings swoop down in large groups and fly away that way too leaving nobody behind. I was so glad I could capture this with my phone. I don't get them often and rather enjoy them when they come to dine. xo, Rosemary
