I am just now getting a few dahlias. The summer heat and drought did not agree with them at all. I got lots of greenery but no buds until now. I'll take what I can get though. This one is particularly lovely. I had a very lazy Sunday. xo
Such a beautiful dahlia! And I love the way you staged it. I'm trying to figure out what the metal bird was used for. You know me...always curious, lol.
Pam -- The metal bird is sitting next to a very shallow Oak Leaf. I broke one of the feet so it no longer stands alone. I place it in one of the segments of my birdbath that leaks and the birds stop by and drink from it. Will post another photo soon. Glad you like my dahlia staging. xo, Rosemary
