Birds and Icicles

I don't have icicles but I my land is like the frozen tundra from so much melting and freezing. I'm not complaining though since I have no place I have to be and can enjoy a lovely weekend inside. The path to my mailbox is clear and so is my front walk so I am not in any danger of slipping and falling. Stay safe and warm and be careful if you venture out. xo

Love those cardinals! Sunny and 42 degrees this afternoon, still feels very cold. No white stuff from last two storms blowing through. My cardinals, et al, will think I’ve forgotten about them this weekend as I’m across town petsitting. I assure you they will be looking for my return on .Monday morning. Getting ready to bundle up and take Lola for a walk while the sun is bright. Keep cozy!

Those birds are just darling, and Tammy is right. I wonder how they survive such cold temperatures.

Sweet photo!
Snow and ice, WOW, and we think it’s cold when our
nights get down in the low 30’s.....usually in the 40’s.
We are enjoying our kind of cold with a nice fire in the insert.
It will be hot soon enough!
