Dish Towel Dryer Christmas Tree

It was an afterthought to hang ornaments from my vintage dish towel dryer in the kitchen.

I think it will become a Christmas tradition because I love it.

Yes, be sure to make it a holiday tradition! Isn't it curious how an idea will strike us when it's something we've never thought of before? Methinks it means all of our much-used brain cells are still capable of coming up with something new and delightful! Sending warm wishes for you to have a lovely Christmas in whichever way you choose to spend it, Rosemary!

Mama Pea -- I think you are right. Perhaps my left brain is working overtime because I have been crafty with home printed gift tags and more handmade things. I did get an early start with mailing packages very early and that was a big help with unnecessary stress. The mild weather we are having is also very welcome. In January it can snow all month and won't bother my nesting. I am sending warm wishes to you and yours for a lovely Christmas and a Safe and Happy New Year. xo, Rosemary

SilverGirl59 -- Thank you! It's much better in person when you can see the sparkles on the glittery ornaments. Merry Christmas! xo, Rosemary

I no longer put up a tree. Instead hang ornaments from my DR chandelier.
Put others around the house. Leave them up all winter.

What a great idea. I really like the way you've utilized what you have to decorate for Christmas. It sounds like you're keeping busy and enjoying the season. We're finally settled in our little cottage and I started making candy a few days ago. I hope to make some cookies. I hope you're having a wonderful Christmas week, Rosemary.
