I love dog paintings too. I used to have a print of one called "Zeke"...it was similar to these. I think I sold it in my last move, but feel I want to check my small stash that I kept. Perhaps I need to get another painting of Zeke...I think I could use it in my loft. I have a white Lab, but he reminds me of these hounds, with that tail wagging quickly when he smells a chipmunk or other critters.
The lovey dog paintings and gold frames really stand out against the mellow white walls. I love white but the various shades can be overwhelming. I try to stay away from hospital or brilliant white. Just too harsh. That white is perfect.
