That looks so delicious !! A tip : it is easier to grate the frozen butter directly into the ice cold flour mixture and toss it. You can then set it back into the freezer until ready to add the cold water. A lot less mess and it mixes so much better. Give it a try. c
I'll be saving this recipe. Sometimes I struggle to get piecrust in the pie pan, but this crust looks forgiving. Plus, that rustic look is appealing. Thanks for this, Rosemary!
