It took me the longest time to realize this was pumpkin bread and not a real pumpkin. Sadly, there is no recipe for this ginger pumpkin bread but doesn't it look delicious.

I don't have a pumpkin-shaped pan but you know, it never occurred to me that pumpkin bread could be baked in something other than a loaf pan. It would be fun just to see how it turns out. Thanks, Rosemary.
