My snow just started (Sunday 8:30am) and it is scheduled to quit around 3:00 this afternoon. I filled the birds' feeding tube so I'm all set to stay inside and enjoy cottage life. Stay cozy and watch the Super Bowl if you are a football fan. xo
Same here Huge flakes began to fall at the same time they continue much to my delight a lovely winter day to enjoy inside or out your neighborhood birds are grateful Cannot pretend to be a football fan but am happy as all get out for those who are . . . this is their day
Linda -- I have giant snowflakes and almost whiteout conditions. It is beautiful to watch and the birds are in an absolute frenzy. They wait in line on my balcony railing for a spot on the feeder. Stay warm and snug. No football here either but I wouldn't mind some of the snacks. xo, Rosemary
Mama Pea -- Your frigid temps make me shiver. At 12:30 it's a balmy 30° here at my cottage and the snow will taper off and end by 4:00, fingers crossed! xo, Rosemary
Oh my gosh - look at them all at your feeder. They are so beautiful. Of course they are lined up Rosemary. They know when it's dinnertime in bird land. No football for me either, but my nephews and all the men in my family sure do love it.
lisa -- You can set your clock by the feeding habits of my birds. They are up with the sun and quit at 4:00 in the afternoon. They provide endless entertainment for me and I try to keep the feeder filled. xo, Rosemary

Our birds are dive-bombing our feeders here, too. No snow for us but a -17° temp when we got up. Now at 11 a.m. it's up to -6°. Wahoo!
