Pumpkin (Spice) Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am a fan of all the spices related to pumpkin pie spices and I know I would love these cookies. You could probably spread the dough and cut into squares. This recipe might be a keeper.

I have been really busy with real estate. That house I recently showed you with my staging in the bedroom is Under Contract and I am dealing with home inspections now. Fingers crossed for smooth sailing. xo

I really enjoy baking with pumpkin. Those cookies look good and I've also been craving pumpkin bars with cream cheese icing. Congratulations on the house contract! You worked hard on that one.

Are we now in the midst of what is called a “buyer’s market”? Good luck! I always get those terms turned around. In my very early days in Atlanta, I took a real estate course, primarily because I had taken a job involving commercial real estate development and wanted to learn the lingo. I just barely missed passing the first test, which maybe wasn’t too bad since I had absolutely no experience in real estate. That was many moons ago! 😂

JudyMac -- You should take the test again. I think you would enjoy real estate. Yes, it's a buyer's market right now. Good for sellers if they don't have to stay in the area and buy something else.
When I got my license in 1991, I took a crash course that was all day Monday thru Friday from 8am - 6pm and the final exam on Saturday. Or maybe the course ended on Saturday and the test was on Sunday. I had to study very hard at night because I did NOT want to take the course again and somehow I passed. That seems like another lifetime ago.
