justaweecatnap :: I doubt these bulbs were started in the baskets but dug up after they started to bloom. After the blooms die off they were probably put back in the ground to multiply. I would just line a basket with a cut up black plastic garbage bag. I am sure you will find a way to use your many baskets. Even putting a clay pot inside would work. I found another inspiring photo on Instagram with planted baskets I am posting this morning. Happy spring. Stay well and safe. xo, Rosemary
What a charming group of baskets put to use. Do you follow The Potager Blog? Linda speaks of finding baskets in thrift shops to use in the garden and finally in the compost when they are no longer servicable. I can't wait to get back in to thrift stores! xo
annette :: Yes, I follow The Potager on Instagram and enjoy Linda's videos. The thrift shops and garage sales will be in full swing soon (hopefully) and I hope you find loads of baskets to use in your garden. xo, Rosemary

This is so sweet. Seems like a great way to use my overabundance of baskets. Maybe painted or waterproofed in some way. Touch of moss on top. Love it.
