Gorgeous Planter with Spring Bulbs

I never think of planting spring bulbs in a container until it's too late. This old cememt planter is gorgeous and I love the weathered patina. These bulbs look right at home and I love the contrast between old and new. via

Click here for an important message from the children's book author, Roald Dahl, on the death of his daughter, Olivia, when she had measles at the age of seven.

Thank you for your post about Roald Dahl's daughter. It's a shame that people are choosing not to protect their children because they have received misinformation that could be life threatening.

I love the way that looks. I once told my kids that after years of yard work and planting flowers, I could see myself with a condo, an 8x10 patio, and 3 clay pots. At the age of 70, that has become even more of a reality except now it is a one level apartment, a tiny patio, and 2 clay pots. But I would gladly forget the clay pots if I had 2 pretty containers like that!

Beautiful planter and the flowers are lovely. Such a heartfelt and timely message from Roald Dahl. Every day we hear of more and more people being diagnosed with measles, and to think that the disease was nearly eradicated in recent years. I hope Dahl's story will make a positive impact.

Realmente, fazem um belo conjunto! Os pais não podem deixar de vacinar seus filhos...
