I love this wonderful linocut by Australian artist, Anita Laurence, entitled Winter II. I have always thought it would be fun to learn this craft but sadly I am not at all artistic in this way. Have a great weekend. xo

I remember doing this as a child. There was a wood block with real linoleum glued to it and a pattern you traced onto the the block. Then you used special tools to carve away parts of the linoleum. With everything being vinyl tile now I wonder where you would get linoleum?
Linda Sand -- Maybe the craft stores sell linoleum tiles. I know you can still buy linoleum because it's considered to be a "green" material that is good for the environment. I'm sure you must have enjoyed this art craft as a child. Lucky you! xo, Rosemary
