That IS clever! Seeing this brought back memories of a couple of my first homes. They were old places with radiators. I remember if the radiator didn't seem to heat up properly, you had to "bleed" the air pockets from it and that required a key (I may be wrong, tho, because that was about half a century ago). Although they robbed you of wall space, they had a certain charm. It's good to remember to old days...Thank you, Rosemary, I always enjoy whatever you share with us.
Pam -- I have radiators and they have keys. If they don't get hot all the way to the top, that means there is trapped air preventing the hot water to reach the top. It doesn't happen very often and it's easy for me to turn the key until water comes out the tiny spout. I am glad you enjoyed the trip down memory lane. xo, Rosemary
