Oh, it is a lovely mama chicken with baby chick photo. At first I didn't see the little one, until I looked closer. Isn't mother nature wonderful?
Have you ever seen the book Extraordinary Chickens? There is also a companion to it; Extra Extraordinary Chickens. Both are books with wonderful photographs of amazing and beautiful chickens. Fun to look at. (I'm sorry - I've forgotten who the author is.)

It is the cutest! some of my hens have hatched 11 chicks! And they peek their heads out all over....the hens fluff their feathers out! One of my hens raised 13! Good grief! And taught every one of them to hide under the bushes, how to search for bugs, and how to get along with the flock!
We could learn a lot from watching chickens who still have their instincts! (not the commercial ones we eat. No instincts for thousands of generations! )

Double seams are great for fragile fabric and for decorative seams. Love the chicken photo. Had to look twice to find the baby.
