I looked at that and guessed they were originally separate cottages for guests--not much more than bed rooms. Then I followed the link and it was labeled guest cottage. I suspect the breezeway was the first addition and the screen porch came much later. The porch looks like it might be bigger than an original cottage. I can see guests moving the beds out onto that porch when the weather is hot.
Rosemary,I'' gladly give you the screened porch cottage as long a I can have the other. Ido hope that you will invite me to have tea or lemonade on your porch now and then.xo
