Snowdrops in England

Mine are still buried under mounds of snow but they will be there when it melts just waiting to pop their little snowdrop heads out. via We got a little rain this afternoon as predicted. My icy gutters are melting slowly and the downspouts are running nicely making such a glorious trickling sound.

Lovely! This time of year I think to myself that I should create a sheltered early, early Spring garden that won't be buried in snow so it will bloom before all the snow's melted. Maybe this year I'll do it, because I'm aching for some flowers to start blooming.

What a lovely image. I wish we had snowdrops here. I'm happy you're starting to thaw. Enjoy the rest of your week.

Rosemary, I hope we get to see a photo of your snowdrops very soon. I came back form the West with most of the snow melted that had fallen while I was gone. I was grateful that my neighbor helped my guy with snow removal as Ken has a bad back. It's a great blessing having a thoughtful and caring neighbor who is younger and has a snowblower.
