It won't be long now. I've been waiting patiently for at least one peony bud to bloom and there are three outside my front door that look like this. I hope the hard rain we are expecting doesn't do any damage. Fingers crossed! xo

You are so lucky! I don't think we can grow them!!
I know you'll share the beauty once they've "popped". I love peonies but our climate doesn't all for home growing...I have to buy them when Trader Joe's sells them. Karen

Oh gosh. What we wouldn't give for some rain, hard or soft, here in California ;-)
We are under severe water use restrictions. I swear I have one rhododendron that I would give up showers for just to keep it alive.
