Vacuuming, yes. One of my least favorite chores and with animals, their fur is everywhere. My last dog a sweet old gentle female lab. She would tolerate warm showers when I'd run the garden hose from the laundry tub in the garage to her on driveway. The minute I said, "OK, you're done.", I'd release her to the front deck where I had spread a blanket. She'd rub and rub herself on that blanket--to get dry (?) or was it an attempt to remove the smell of her shampoo. That blanket was absolutely COVERED in hair! Better there than our couch. ;-)
I'd think you would have a better chance of training Webster to vacuum than Tabitha! Although, have you seen the video of the cat that saved the little boy from a dog attack? Cats are smarter and more interested than we may give them credit for. Karen
Karen...Yes, I've seen that amazing video of the cat attacking the dog that was biting the little boy's leg and continuing to chase him away. What a great "guard" cat. The little boy calls the Tabby his hero. xo, Rosemary

I want a cat that cleans bathrooms, my least favorite chore. If Dame Trott was off getting brandy and gin she definitely needed a cat who could spin.
