Beautiful Hollyhocks

These hollyhocks are a beautiful study in pink and green, aren't they? Sorry I haven't been posting as much as usual. I've been mowing and weeding and all sorts of cottage catching up. Front and back mowed yesterday and today and it looks fabulous. Real estate continues to keep me busy too. Fall is definitely in the air and we are having a very cool August.
I really enjoyed the second episode of Broadchurch last night. I've been searching for more full episodes for those of you who don't have BBC America. So far, no success. The DVD has been released in the UK so it's only a matter of time before it's available here. It really is a wonderful series. Good night, see you tomorrow.

Your hollyhocks are just gorgeous! I love this color; I have some pale yellow ones and one pinkish similar to these. I will always love hollyhocks!
Have a great evening,
Louise

I love the hollyhocks. I've never grown them but must give them a try next year. This is a beautiful color.
On the new British series, I wish we got BBC America, we don't.

Karen....

I found a link with the entire season one of BROADCHURCH. Try it since you don't get BBC America on your cable. Here it is. Let me know if you try it.

You are welcome! Rosemary

Are these YOUR Hollyhocks Rosemary, they are gorgeous? What a delicious color of pink. In my next house I'm going to grow some Hollyhocks, Lily of the Valley and red Poppies.

So I missed last week's Broadchurch, completely forgot about it. I'm going to try the link you posted to see if I can see the missed segment. Last week I was recovering from two weeks of familyness...yep, that's a made up word.

Victoria,

I have Verizon FiOS and Broadchurch is "on demand" so I can watch old episodes without recording them.

You probably have BBC America on demand too.

Hope so.

I could not get that link I posted to work but others can. Oh well.
