Thanks to you, Rosemary, I was alerted to the first broadcast and now of course, like you, I'm hooked.
Fantastic mystery, well-acted.

Nitpicking: I wish the lead detective would shave.

Why does anyone think a three-day growth is attractive? I'll be glad when this this fad, and tattoos for women, fades in popularity.

Am I showing my age? ;-)

I really enjoyed Broadchurch, especially the acting. Did you know that none of the actors knew who did it until the script for the final episode?

LOL! have to totally agree with gail. even if he kept the beard ... I don't mind a good beard. but SHAVE YOUR NECK for pete's sake!
am distraught however. all a moot point. because I don't get the BBC channel. I only have basic cable.
:(
loved watching the first episode here at your cottage. but not sure if they'll keep putting them on the internet since it's a new show.
going to check however.

Gail...The beard doesn't bother me. The acting is wonderful in this show.

Tammy....It has already aired in England so maybe there will be full episodes online soon. I'm still looking for you.

tpals....No, I didn't know the actors were kept in the dark until the end.

For Tammy...and I know this isn't as good as being able to view the episode but I did find a written re-cap here:

Tammy,,,,

I was looking on YouTube to see if they had posted episode 2. They haven't.

One of the comments was great --

"Quite ridiculous to begin with an entire episode then hide the balance of a series away like a bank safe deposit box. Where? How does one find this series?"

So you are not alone. Others are trying to find it too.

Great news everyone.

I found a link that has the entire BROADCHURCH series. I have BBC America so I didn't try any of the links. You have to set up a free account with email and password.

Tammy....this is for you:

Thank you so much for posting the Broadchurch link. It is not yet available through ITV on a VPN. Well, it is, but they want to rent it to you. Thanks again.

Candice...

Please let me know if the link works. I'm glad I could save you a rental fee :)

Candice...

Thank you.

I am so glad the link for the whole season one of BROADCHURCH works. Maybe I will cheat and watch an episode or two before they air on BBC America here. I'm glad I found it for you.
