Windows of Amsterdam

In case you need a reason to visit Amsterdam that doesn't involve tulip fields. I've never been, have you? via

Your blog is the first thing i read each morning. You never fail to capture my attention. I feel that I have a friend just waiting to share her world. I hope you continue to share. Thank you, Nancy

I have been to Amsterdam. It was June and it was 40 deg F and raining - but it is a beautiful city. The museums are wonderful, transportation incredible - but bike riders rule the road and you better watch out!
Stayed in a tiny hotel on Canal Singel which was as crooked as a dog's hind leg - but so lovely.

Good beer.

What a lovely building/home...the geraniums and the icing on this architecturally perfect cake.

This is the hotel - a singular destination.

Enchanting, really.
