1937 Lincoln Zephyr Automobile

Now that's what I call a car. I love everything about it. Wonder how it would handle in the snow? It is probably quite heavy since there are no plastic parts. It would look fabulous parked outside my cottage on a sunny day. The car and my cottage were both built in 1937.

I love everything about it! Car design is so generic today. While our cars are technologically advanced, they are a bit boring. Did you see Julia Child's woody wagon she had shipped to Paris in the movie Julie and Julia? I covet that car!

Auto movers love transporting beautiful classic cars like this. Looks like you did a great job restoring it. That is one of the nice things about working down here in Florida is that we get to see these cars far more often then our movers up north.

I recently finished restoring a coupe version of this car (my website is www.mindspring.com/~bozarth). The car isn't as heavy as you would think since it was one of the first unibody cars. It has a flathead V-12 engine, but nevertheless is still most comfortable at 50 mph on back highways.
