I pick up this book all the time lately. I've posted several photos from it too. It is a little early to think of anything except bulbs. Actually the best time to think about bulbs was last fall.

Taucherglocke (Diving Bell)

Taucherglocke. This is one of my early lithographs representing an open diving bell with air supply. It looks very imaginary to me. Lithographer: M. Listemann. Sliding Barn Door Inside The House

One day I too will have a sliding barn door inside my cottage. They make such good sense when you can't do a pocket door. The room is so spacious without a door opening into it.
