Dog Waiting for Santa [Video]

I posted this video last year and it continues to be one of my favorites. You won't believe how smart this little Jack Russell Terrier is and you'll love watching him leave treats for Santa. At the end of this charming video there is an opportunity to download the photo as wallpaper.

Webster would not have this much self control. He would have gobbled down that plate of cookies in a flash and that would have been his Christmas present.

Diane Keaton, Ellen Page to Star in HBO Series About Blogging

Diane Keaton, Ellen Page to Star in HBO's Tilda
"Diane Keaton and Ellen Page have been cast in HBO's new Hollywood blogger pilot called TILDA.
Keaton, 64, will play the title character, a powerful and greatly feared Hollywood blogger, in the half-hour comedy. Ellen Page, 23, will costar as a creative assistant named Carolyn who's torn between following the corporate culture of her studio and following Tilda, who has a great interest in her.
Page will next be seen in this summer's Inception and Keaton will appear on the big screen in Morning Glory, due out this fall."

This sounds good. You know I love Diane Keaton and I just happen to like Ellen Page too. Sounds like a winner! Wonder when the series starts? I can't believe this news breaks just as I look at a note to myself on my desk to cancel HBO. I might have to rethink this action.

The Miseducation of Carey Mulligan

The miseducation of Carey Mulligan: How this actress become our favorite leading lady:
When Carey Mulligan was nominated for an Oscar for her amazing role in the film AN EDUCATION, the first thing she did was call home.

But instead of the squeals of delight she might have anticipated from her mother, the young actress received a rather more level-headed response. ‘I phoned up,’ she says, ‘and said, “Mum, mum, mum! I got nominated for an Oscar!”

‘And she said, “Oh fabulous, I’m just with a student – can you call me back in 45 minutes?’”

And in that calm reply lies the key to the down-to-earth appeal of the 24-year-old with the elfin smile who is set to become one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars.

Isn't it wonderful that she's so normal? I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

NBC to Air Prince Charles' Film on Environment

NBC to Air Prince Charles Film on Environment, Harmony
"NBC is teaming up with Prince Charles for a new TV special about the environment.

HARMONY, which is slated to air in November, stems from Prince Charles' three decades of work fighting climate change and searching for new solutions to the worldwide environmental crisis.

This looks good. I shall watch the movie this Fall. I wish he would do a video on how to build a wattle fence. I've always wanted one.
