My Entrance Vestibule

I worked indoors today to I tackled my linen closet. I donated some household items on Tuesday and noticed the section with bedding was very sparce. I have linens I haven't used in ages because the fitted sheets don't fit my thick mattress. I honestly don't remember whether or not I have shown you this new arrangement in my entrance vestibule. Little by little I am beginning to see real progress with my endless organizing, donating, and rearranging. My hard work is paying off but I can't stop until old man winter makes me. xo

Even this small vestibule shows your attention to detail, Rosemary. Such a practical and attractive room. It looks like you've thought of everything. Getting closer to the time when we'll all tuck in for the wintertime.

This vestibule is so charming, while being utilitarian at the same time. For me that's a win-win. I too have plenty of boots & garden shoes that are difficult to hide in my small cabin. I have a large bench that I store them under. It's in a dark corner, so those items are fairly well hidden beneath the bench.

...all is grace!

I am curious to know more about those bottles of potion on uppermost tier of the little hanging shelf, please.

Thank you.

tammy j -- Tam, As promised, today I donated all of the linens I spoke about after cleaning out my linen closet. All were nice but seldom used. I have way too much of everything! It feels good to pare down to the essentials, doesn't it?

Anita ~ the cabin on the creek -- Anita, I love all of my boots and work shoes and I never try to hide them. They are important parts of my "wardrobe". I can't get anything done is "good" clothes.

Unknown -- Those bottles on the top shelf are MRS. MEYER'S CLEAN DAY multi-surface spray, dish soap, and multi-surface concentrate that was being closed out at Home Goods for a very low price in the RADISH SCENT. It doesn't smell like radishes at all, it just smells clean. I also have bottles at my kitchen sink and in my bathroom undersink cabinet. I like the red labels on the extra stash so I display the bottles in my vestibule. That's the story.
