Do so like William Morris designs and wonderful color combinations. I needlepoint and have several Beth Russell canvases which are interpretations of Morris designs. Love this blue and white.

Franki -- How nice. I am sure your needlework is beautiful. Do you turn finished pieces into pillows or do you frame them? My grandmother always had a piece of needlepoint beside her easy chair in the den. I tried it several times but never finished a canvas. I passed them down to her and she had to rip out my work and start all over again. Sewing was my preferred needlework.

Both. When it is a gift it is almost always a smaller botanical that I have framed. Favorite thing I have done for my own home is a footstool several years ago. My wee granddaughter enjoys stepping on it to take books out of bookcases when they visit from out of state. Then of course she sits but not for long!

Blue and white always looks fresh and never feels dated, and this floral patterned wallpaper; is a perfect example!

Franki -- That footstool with your needlepoint upholstery must bring you joy every day even when wee granddaughter isn't there.
