Mary Ann Evans, known by her pen name George Eliot, was an English novelist, poet, journalist, translator, and one of the leading writers of the Victorian era.
As we are nearing our 42nd anniversary.......it is exactly how I feel about my husband, Adam.
I am so very lucky. We are blessed to find each other. I have always loved the writings of George Eliot. How sad for her she had to write under a man's name; and how lucky for all of us that she did!
Otherwise, we would not have heard from her!
I am so so grateful! For George Eliot, and my husband!
