OMG! It's gorgeous! When I see transformations like this, I suffer from a serious case of back yard, hard scape and exterior house envy, because I'm not yet able to get my house in the shape it should be in. Thank you for the inspiration Rosemary.
I especially love the brick work. I think brick is a beautiful building material, and don't understand why, as of late, so many people are painting over their brick. I guess it's just a trend and a matter of personal taste.
She is so fabulous. Yesterday she posted the reveal of the Kitchen , it is the best I have ever laid eyes on. I wonder if the property has sold , I live about 15 miles from her.! I plan to dream at least a couple a nights about it.
I can never pass up before and after photos. Viewing them is like getting a fantastic surprise gift. I admire people who have such vision and creativity. The designer is right, the patio and yard are the star of the makeover. I checked out the kitchen and it's amazing too although I found the floor a little to busy for my tastes. Nevertheless what she did with the kitchen was amazing.

What a transformation! It's hard to imagine how much effort went into this rehab, but the results are amazing!
