Virtual Woodburning Fire to Warm You

My own fireplace is all set for a fire but it's terribly windy outside right now so I'd better not light it. This virtual fire will have to do. It is supposed to get down to 7° tonight but will feel colder because of the wind. I thank my lucky stars every night for my eider down comforter that keeps me so warm and toasty.
My overnight snow had turned to rain when I got up this morning. I dealt with it and cleared everything before noon after two hours of working outside. I had some homemade soup when I came inside at noon. Be safe and warm as we ride out the winter. Thankfully, tomorrow is a holiday and many people won't have to go to work.

Thank you for the cozy fire....it's not too cold here 43 degrees...sounds like that comforter of yours will do the trick to keep you toasty ♥

Our low tonight is 26 degrees, cold for South Carolina. Brrrr!
Love the fire.

I so miss our wood burning fireplace, we have a gas fireplace as they aren't allowing wood burning ones in new builds in the greater Salt Lake Valley as it adds to the bad winter inversions that we get. Our gas fireplace isn't a very good one, your virtual fireplace looks better. I've been checking your temps, do stay warm and out of that cold air as much as possible. My daughter in Cleveland said tonight that school is canceled tomorrow because it's so cold, tonight it is 0 degrees at her house.
