WOW! This looks so DELICIOUS! I love the KAF website! And their products are THE BEST. No one in my family ever baked bread and I always wanted to do so. So I immersed myself in their website & America's Test Kitchen and I taught myself. I love the recipes and instruction they provide and it has opened up a whole new world of baking for me. Everything I bake is better because of their guidance. I can't wait to read the comments.....sometimes I learn as much from them as from the original directions in the recipe. It is a beautiful loaf and looks like it would be fun to make but this one hasn't got my name on it. It is too close to fruit cake for me.
Are you a Costco member? They have a round loaf called Cranberry Walnut. I am absolutely addicted to it.
This looks yummy but I know far too many carbs for my present health issue, everything has too many carbs for my present health issue :-(
