Connie -- Yesterday, I peeled half a cucumber and diced it. I make my own soymilk yogurt and it's delicious plain but sometimes I add things to it. I added the chopped cucumbers and a handful of dill and it was so good on a very hot summer day. xo, Rosemary
How uncanny, I did the same yesterday for supper - chopped cucumber in yoghurt but I added chopped mint instead of dill (dill would have been nice too) with grilled lamb. Yes, it was cooling on a very hot day here in London, UK.

I love dill, too. About 10 years ago, I planted some near my flower beds, and now it comes up on its own every year.
