Meghan's Bridal Bouquet Deconstructed

These named white flowers were handpicked by Prince Harry for the bride's bouquet from The Diana Garden at Kensington Palace. I am so happy to learn the meanings of the chosen specimens and this very touching way to include his mom in the ceremony.

I thought it so sweet that Harry picked his moms fave flower to add to Meghan's wedding flowers.

I so loved that. This may very well have been the most beautiful wedding I have ever beheld. I pray they have a wonderful life together.

Pam Jackson -- Yes. Harry's mom's favorite flower was the Forget-Me-Not. I didn't realize that flower came in anything but blue but there's a white flower too. How perfect for the bridal bouquet.

Thank you so much for this! I wondered where the forget me not was in this bouquet, since I have only seen blue ones in England. (Look at the bottom of my blog for a photo of blue forget me nots! Diana was right, they are lovely, I love them too. x

I thought the bouquet was truly beautiful. Simple, elegant, and now we know there was sentiment behind those flower choices, too. I have to admit that I looked forward to watching the wedding SOOO very much, and was not disappointed at all. But now I'm a little disappointed that it's over. Oh well, I wish this sweet couple all the happiness that life can possibly offer.

Thank you for posting this. I have been wishing to know more about that sweet little bouquet. I just finished watching the ceremony again with my husband who was away over the weekend. It took my breath away. So genuine were Meghan and William's smiles and glances at one another.

I loved her bouquet..I have some white Forget-Me-Nots..and LOTV..blooming now..but my Astilbe is later;)Love the precious bouquet.
I am sad the wedding is over too:)I bet magazines like HELLO that regularly feature the Royals..will sell more magazines than ever.
They have such magnetic charm as a couple:)I wish them happiness too.

Really beautiful in it's simplicity and probably one of the smallest bouquets for a Royal wedding in the past 100 years. Recently I've noticed that bridal bouquets in the US have gotten so large that they overwhelm brides and their maids.
