That's quite a nice little out building Rosemary. In the San Francisco Bay Area you could probably get it for less than a million.

This is way too pretty for garden gear, I think it looks more like a little guest cottage.

Rosemary, just read that 18" of snow is predicted for NYC, sure hope that amount is not predicted for where you live. Do be careful, thinking of you.
