Queen Elizabeth's Eating Habits

She's not a foodie. She's pretty indifferent to food. She only cares about horses and dogs. Read more about her eating habits in an interesting article in Food and Wine Magazine. She HATES garlic and it has been banned from all her residences. Queen Victoria's pots and pans from the 1800s are still in active use.

What good would life be without garlic, pasta, potatoes and rice. I wouldn't trade them for the crown jewels!

Dogs and horses........that would do it for me! I admire this woman more than I can say We have just been through a disaster of the most extreme sense. We are safe....our animals are safe. And we are dealing. Never take anything for granted

NOTHING!

We are so grateful; I cannot even tell you! Our beautiful, picturesque lane looks like Armageddon.

We will rebuild and see that beauty again!

Penelope Bianchi :: Penny, I so admire your positive attitude after the disastrous Montecito mudslide. I have been following your photos on Instagram. I truly believe you will bring back the former beauty of your property and will be inspiration to your neighbors. Keep us posted on your progress.

Although I adore the Queen, and think she is quite amazing, I think she eats pretty splendidly despite the fact that the article says she's indifferent to food. When one doesn't have to cook it, and one has a chef, and one always eats the freshest and best quality food the indifference may just be because she knows no other way of eating.

I too have been following Penelope in IG, it does look like a war zone but she, her husband their paints survived and for that I am grateful. She's right though, we should nothing for granted and show gratitude for all that we have.
