A Loaf Cake with Fresh Cranberries

I look forward to seeing fresh cranberries in the markets so I can make this tea cake. More photos and recipe here. Looks delicious, doesn't it?

Looks so good! Cranberries do say "autumn," there's no doubt about that. I'm making the first apple pie of the season today with apples from our own trees. Apple pie is so simple, but right up there as one of my favorites. Enjoy the fall season, Rosemary. And bake up a loaf of that cranberry bread as soon as you can!

I love cranberries, but they're not always available in our area. Last fall, I decided to buy extra for freezing, and discovered that they freeze well. The recipe looks delicious, Rosemary. Thanks for sharing it with us!

It's cranberry harvest time on Cape Cod. Was just thinking that I need a good tea loaf recipe! Thank you!

I saw some cranberries for sale a few days ago....love them. We just finished off the last of the cranberry sauce that I made and froze from last year, perfect timing as it is time to make more. This cake does look very tasty.
