You keep posting pics of all these charming houses - I'm seriously suffering from "house envy"! Presently, I have a big, old house, (old by California standards - it was built in 1935), with great potential, that needs a lot of work. I'm stuck in limbo right now, as the estate is not yet settled. Oh well. Gives me time to think about what choices I really want to make, without making expensive mistakes and regretting it later. Thanks always for your most enjoyable posts.
Lisa -- You are wise not to be in a hurry. If you do it right the first time around, you are set forever. I love 1920s black and white bathrooms, since they are timeless. Start saving pictures you love to Pinterest. I still do that if I see something that would enhance my cottage. Have fun and take your time. xo, Rosemary
