I love the double porcelain sink. Not sure about the stacked cement brick/blocks for the counter and backsplash. They are perfectly imperfect and that would probably bother me. I think I would like this setup better in a laundry room instead of a kitchen. Anyway, it's very interesting. via

It would be hard to keep that countertop clean. However, as a backsplash, it's pretty.
I'm with you on porcelain sinks. The resin (plastic) versions prevalent now seem so cheap.
That sink is pretty to look at but not very useful. It makes my back hurt to just think about washing dishes in it. Our tall daughter puts the dishpan on the counter because even a standard sink is too low for her.
I completely agree with your review of this kitchen. I actually thought it was a laundry when I first looked at it. The cement bricks are interesting visually but I wouldn't want to me moving plates and glasses on them or cleaning up spilled food off these counters.
