Love the decanters! Is that a blue and white punch bowl? Gorgeous!
I love bookcases with glass fronts. First, they're practical. Second, I have such a romantic notion of them, maybe because both sets of grandparents had them. I think they hark back to a day when books were treasured more than many of the books I own now. They were special books, meant to last a lifetime and be read time and again, by multiple readers. I have such a motley collection of books I wouldn't dream of putting them in such a lovely bookcase.
