Oh, yes! I had an acquaintance years ago who had a sink like that with the double drainboard and I've remembered it always. I would love one, but it sure would take up a lot of counter space, wouldn't it?
I like the double-sided sink arrangement. Such an obvious design plus. Perhaps all sinks are designed by men. Who don't do dishes. I had a cast iron sink similar to this, though, alas, not with two side boards, as I have a tiny kitchen. I happily got rid of the sink, as "dated," though the cheap replacement for it has been disappointing. The old sink didn't look so good close up, though, and you do have to place breakable things on it gently.

My Aunt Pauline had one like this and I always envied her of it. Of course she also had a wood burning cook stove too which I thought was cool.

I love the whole kitchen....the sink for sure but oh, those windows, yum. What a charmer. Such a pretty creamery color.
