The clothing styles from the fifties and sixties were truly timeless . . . so traditional. Not at all like styles and fads since then. Guess that cements me and my tastes and preferences to the old fogey category, huh? ;o]
I love this French look ... Still today and forever.
We went to Far From Madding Crowd today, recovering from parties yesterday. It was spectacular and I highly recommend it. Cinematography was Hardy proud.
Lifelong collector of antiques. Things that interest me: animals, cottage and country life, fine art, architecture, antiquarian books and prints, dogs, natural history and sporting items, gardening, photography, graphic design, humor, quotes, real estate, interior design, renovation, restoration, learning new things, electronics and technology. This blog, established in 2008, reflects my own personal taste and will never bore you. Rosemary Beck

Mama Pea -- I'm with you. Give me the classics that never go out of style.
Hope you are having a good Memorial Day.
