Brand new and immaculate. Stone work is stunning. I'm not usually a fan of painted wood shingles, but I must say that soft gray is lovely when combined with those massive stones, cement stairs and walkways. The photograph was taken at the perfect time of day too--twilight when the greens are more intense. Thanks, Rosemary. Enjoy the thaw. ;-)
