Indoor Hopscotch

I spent countless hours playing hopscotch when I was young and would have loved this handpainted version in a narrow hallway. This might be shuffle board but it would work for hopscotch too with bean bags instead of rocks. via

This is the pattern I remember:

I played hopscotch on the front sidewalk. We didn't have a hallway long enough for it.

However I used to live in the top floor of an old main street commercial building. There were 8 rooms and a hallway from the front to the back down the middle. 60 feet long! I didn't play hopscotch but my friends 2 sons used to roller skate up and down it!

Loved to play hopscotch when I was a kid. Couldn't wait for recess. Hopscotch and jump rope.

Take care, Rosemary...not to take any unnecessary risks.

I meant to add "with all that snow and ice!"

Skating, jacks and jump rope. Those I remember mostly.

Oh gosh, Donna I had forgotten about jacks! Thank you. So, change that Rosemary to hopscotch, jump rope and jacks. ;-)

It was my favorite.....we drew it in chalk on the driveway! Your map is perfect! What good exercise@ I am going to draw it on the asphalt on the road....at the bottom of the driveway and start doing it again!

Good exercise; good for balance.....and best of all.......

FUN!! For the almost seventy!!!

EEEEK!
